2013 . . . It Is Here!
2012 left as fast as it came in. It was a pretty decent year not only for me and my family but for a number of people in this country. Let's hope 2013 is a good year for many more people and this country gets back on track.
Let's take a moment and pray for the lost children and staff from the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut on December 14--may God be with those families as they are trying to pick up the pieces and move on in their lives after the loss of those 26 souls that are in God's loving arms. God Bless you all. We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers always.
2013 has started off with me taking some time to completely restore my desktop computer--it started acting up before the Holidays and just got worse from there so I completely restored it--so far (knock on wood) it is working much better. I have had to restore this machine--this is the second time--since I have had it and I will have it for 6 years later on this year so that is not too bad. It is just a tedious task--I do not look forward to doing that unless it is absolutely necessary--in this case it was.
It will soon be a year since I purchased my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix--I am glad I made the decision to get another car so my mom and dad would have a better car to drive--they are driving my 2004 Grand Am. I do not regret making the decision to get another car--even though I did not want to have another car payment, my mom and dad needed a better car to drive and I drive my 2008. It seems the years fly by quicker year after year.
I shall close this blog entry for now--hopefully I get better this year keeping up with my blog . . . Stay Tuned Till Next Time.
